At Care Connect, we provide expert advice based on more than 25 years’ experience that enables you to live at home longer with the right services to meet your needs.

What is a Home Care Package?  

A Home Care Package is a Government subsidised program to help you live at home for life, providing up to $51,808.10 a year in support services, depending on your assessed needs.                                                  

The Government provides funding to an approved Home Care provider like Care Connect, who then works with you to understand your needs and coordinate the best care plan, budget and services to suit you.         

The funding is subject to approval and provides access to a large range of home care services. 

There are four levels of packages available designed to support people with different care needs.

Care Connect also provides the ability for people to “top up” their Home Care Package funding using their own money, if they require additional services per week.

Home Care Level 1

For basic home care needs.

Funding for up to

For moderate home care needs.

$15,705.95 per year

Approx. 2 – 4 hours

Home Care Level 3

For high level home care needs.

Funding for up to

For very high-level home care needs.
